Crushed upon arrival into small open fermentation vats and received regular punch downs. Pressed into Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrels, and one American Oak barrel. All barrels were blended together after 15 months maturation. Warm aromas of bourbon, smoke and toast give rise to a juicy cherry vanilla mid palate and linger on the finish. Pair with gourmet sandwiches & soups such as a reuben and butternut squash!
