Chambourcin grapes were hand-harvested at the Monroeville vineyard in October 2020 and trucked over to our facility the same day. Fermentation took place in small vats with regular punch downs. The wine spent 16 months in American Oak prior to blending and bottling. Juicy cranberry and fresh wild strawberry lead the way on the nose along with raspberry, blackberry, crushed black pepper, thyme and licorice. Bring to your next cookout party, mid-afternoon charcuterie board, or pizza!
