Crushed and pressed off skins immediately; fermented in stainless steel as a white wine. Maturation took place in 100% stainless steel to preserve the intense purity of fruit. Delicate fining, filtration, and a little magic bring this crystal clear wine to life. Notes of white cherry & lemon zest lead the way on the palate and leave with a soft pear & vanilla blossom on the finish. Pair with soft cheeses, fruit & jam.
